Environmental permits are a necessary part of most projects and can significantly effect timelines and budget.  Cory can complete quick permit assessments at the beginning of a project and prides himself on his strength assisting with project schedules that include permitting.  Strong relationships with regulators provide opportunities to advocate for clients interests as the project progresses.
